Add env variable to define Supported auth mode

The KMS supports the env variable to enable/disable auth mode. When enabled, it checks for GNAP/ZCAP based on the header param in the request. We need to update the env variable to pass auth type so that the admin has access to configure KMS and restrict KMS usage (similar to EDV opt).
