Images with the `org.coreos.pcrs` [label](https://github.com/trusted-execution-clusters/operator/blob/b1144b90f996de5e77de128bc676f25482e9ab48/operator/src/reference_values.rs#L42) have their PCRs read instead of computed. Support this for [private registries](https://kubernetes.io/docs/tasks/configure-pod-container/pull-image-private-registry/) too.
