Hi! I investigated this issue and found that SOT-223-5 is already fully implemented and tested.

Implementation: src/fn/sot223.ts - The sot223_5 function (lines 170-224) handles 5-pin SOT-223 packages.

Test: tests/sot223.test.ts - There's already a test for sot223_5 (lines 16-20).

Verification:
