I can take this. Plan: add UTDFN-4-EP(1x1) footprint with exposed pad dimensions from KiCad/JLC, wire into footprinter string mapping, and add snapshot test for geometry parity.

Implements UTDFN-4-EP(1x1) footprint — 4-corner pads + central exposed thermal pad (1.0 × 1.0 mm body). Addresses the missing silkscreen ref text and type declaration from the previous attempt (#437).
