if i use the raw-data, how i can change the custom message with the github username for example?

You can make a custom step in your action to use sed or jq to replace the value with the input.

For jq, it would be something like jq '.username= ${{ github.triggering_actor }}' file.json > file.json (I haven't tested that, but it should be the general idea)

I'm curious about your raw data use case, are you using a webhook template from your project that wouldn't translate well to the action inputs?
