Refresh zea data example notebook outputs with new openh-rf files

Refresh the rendered outputs in docs/source/notebooks/data/zea_data_example.ipynb once suitable new openh-rf files are available.

Context:

• The notebook code has moved to the new zea.Parameters API.
• The current rendered outputs still include legacy Scan(...) output and legacy-file warnings.
• Rerunning against the current legacy files would keep many legacy file-format warnings in the notebook, so this should be done with new openh-rf files.
