No matter what I do to the Group Title font size is not affected (though I can change the font itself). In the image below the word "Loaders" the existing group title font can be changed with this feature, but its size cannot. However, if I create a NEW node, the size and font are both respected by this feature. Interestingly, its the same exact problem I have with editing the css file directly. So, maybe this is a core Comfyui bug.
