Main profile frame order issue

Hi,

When playing some main profile encodes with edge264, playback looks jittery. I get the same behavior in the edge264_test app, and in my own test app. Here's a baseline encode that plays fine, and a main profile encode that doesn't.

For comparison, when using gst-play from gstreamer, or ffplay from ffmpeg, playback is smooth. I'm wondering if it's possible that the frames are being delivered in decode order instead of display order with edge264?

Hi,

I can confirm on my machine that the output is correct on baseline and incorrect on main (it doesn't match JM's reference output file). Will dive into it asap.
