Timeout Error

Hello, I am getting a Timeout Error whenever I try to download VODs. I tried both decryption engines, but neither allows me to complete the process. I followed all the steps written in the README and reread it several times just in case I missed something. Is there an additional step I should follow in order to download the videos? Thanks in advance.

Please post your berrizconfig.yaml
in setting I need check your DRM Part setting

also timeout screenshot full log please,to help check is drm server issues or wrong L3/SL2000 etc

Because in past 14days berriz drm auth server is working well
The only change in 14 days ago is both remote_playready/remote_widevine default setting TPD94 Public Server down see detail on

Anyway Timeout error happened in GetKey status,best solve is turn to local CDM

After reading your response, I now understand the cause of the error. I am learning a lot from you. Thank you.

I did not want to bother you so I tried to solve it by myself with the help of AI, but could not figure it out. As you suggested, I have attached the berrizconfig.yaml and the error log.pdf. I know you requested a screenshot, but the log was too long to fit clearly in an image.

Is there any another working remote DRM server that you would suggest? Or, if using a local CDM is better, could you share a beginner-friendly guide or link on how to obtain the local key file? I have no prior knowledge in this field and couldn't find any clear guides on CDMs.

BTW Berrizdown hadbeen update to v0.2.6 this version can give some help about New user manuel add local cdm!

I can't give you any about remote-drm server info or links,
