Key Concerns:

1. We have two target audiences:
   • Partners (your narrative currently focuses on them).
   • Competent developers (who require a different approach for long-term ecosystem contributions).
2. Recruiting devs ≠ Onboarding partners
   • Separate campaigns should optimize for each.
3. New narrative alignment
   • Some (of my?👀) recent suggestions are included, but not yet implemented, so using them for dev recruitment may not be effective.
   • There are other planned features that benefit devs more.

   • Focused on a single goal for clarity.

Key Focus Areas for Dev Recruitment:

• Airdrop for past contributors (1:1 ratio)
  • Combined with immediate task rewards for both short- and long-term incentives.
• Segmenting rewards
  • Showcase different earning methods and how to qualify (e.g., review-based incentives).
• Leveraging commission-based DevRel features
  • Finally make use of our devrel stack which should be operational rn—two birds, one stone.
• Payout transparency & motivation
  • Display leaderboard-style contributor earnings (Markdown table format).
  • Encourages competition & "That could be me" motivation.
• FOMO-driven incentives
  • Task rewards increasing 2x-8x over the next year (2x happening soon).
  • Higher airdrop weight for early contributors can drive urgency and engagement.
• Long-term speculation
  • Getting in early increases XP, so when we are "a success" it opens far more doors than getting involved at that stage of the game
  • Join a large community of like-minded developers with access to high and frequent financial incentives to do what you love doing, building exciting and cutting edge open source software (not Web3/AI specific depending on partners but at least for us)
  • Build plugins/microkernels/service plugins and earn from them as a "plugin developer" independently earning from their creations (I think they'll need to self-advertise to partners which I think we can improve that side of things a lot later)

Final Thoughts:

• New and improved reward systems make this a stronger initiative.
• Task access restrictions remain a challenge and must be carefully considered when listing opportunities.
• This task is under-estimated and is about a 2-4hr task easily.

With the right execution, this should be far more effective than my previous attempt.
