given a resource object as props, we want to create a small component like this:
The github logo is a link to the resource's article, if it has one.
The video thumbnail on the right should show up if the resource has a video link. You can try grabbing the thumbnail using the react-video-thumbnail library! (if that doesn't work, then maybe another library?)
