Switching timer_0 overflow interrupt off breaks millis() and delay() (and maybe more)

Hello,
like the topic says millis() and delay() is not working when I include your library. Those functions are used in a lot of libraries and I am wondering if this measure is not a bit too extreme. Have you tried your library with the time0 interrupt(s) enabled and was the outcome?

This was an intentional decision by me. The ATMEGA 328 has not that many resources. If you need the other libraries to work, switch to a more powerful controller, e.g. one of the SAM based Arduino Due. Or use a dedicated controller for DCF77 decoding. If this does not fit your bill feel free to modify the code the way you want to have it.

I wonder what you are doing such that you need a DCF77 decoder AND can accept to have millis() and delay() without proper timing.
