Conflicting values set for option Signed-By regarding source http://packages.ros.org/ros2/ubuntu/ noble: /usr/share/keyrings/ros-archive-keyring.gpg

To Reproduce

• Follow the instruction in ROS2 doc to install ROS2 jazzy
• Clone the mil2 repo
• Run scripts/install.sh

Fixed the bug that adds redundant apt source using an if statement in install.sh, should be good just test to see for reassurance.

sorry for the late response, i pushed it to a seperate branch (295-installsh-adds-redundant-apt-source) so someone could verify what i added but i can add the changes to main as well if needed.

Not seeing any changes, did you commit before pushing? When you do, open a PR and add a lead to review it.
