Create a brand new page that highlight's current software team members, displays the members, and highlights what they have worked on.

This week, I reviewed design ideas for the new software team members page, explored component structures in the existing codebase to dynamically display member info and contributions, and drafted a rough layout concept while identifying dependencies needed before full implementation. Next week I will implement the software team members page and send my draft.

this week, i created the skeleton code for the teams page. it currently displays the section layout for each subteam. next, i plan to turn it into interactive cards to showcase each member and their role.
