Add a license

I will like to believe that this project is open sourced to the community as it is listed on hubtel's list of libraries for interacting with their merchant account api. Upon checking from [choose an open source licence](https://choosealicense.com/no-permission/), it was advised that a project such as this have a license, the choice is yours.
