Fixed two real window-safety bugs along the way: a startup loader that could get permanently stuck on top of your desktop, and a duplicate-launch focus bug. The actual feature request — an option so Optimize stops closing your other apps (Discord/Spotify/Steam/etc.) during a run — needs an owner decision on exactly how it should work and hasn't been built yet. Could you clarify which you meant: (1) don't close background apps at all, (2) ask before closing each one, or (3) let me pick a keep-open list? That'll decide how we build it.
