Closing pm-context-ioz3 as superseded therefore put a certification that never shipped under Unreleased, where the next daily release would publish it as release notes. Canceled is the status for work that will not be delivered, and the changelog leaves it out. The item keeps its reason: the repository moved to 2026.9.10 before it was resolved, and pm-context-0ruy certifies 2026.9.12.
