Rewrite NS pipe flow example as standalone notebook

Clean rewrite of Ex_NS_PipeFlow.py: Poiseuille flow between parallel
plates with analytic steady-state comparison. Replaces the unmigrated
HPC batch script with a self-contained notebook following style guide.
