Topic Executive Ranking

This file summarizes the repo-wide audit into action-oriented tiers for the current phase.

Phase rule

For this phase, 0.0-0.26 is the theory-core research scope.

Topics 0.27-0.39 are future concepts or expansion proposals. They are intentionally kept out of the current theory-credibility score and should remain exploratory until they have a full standards package.

Tier A — Structured core candidates

These are the current template set for normalization of the theory-core:

  • 0.1_Galaxy_Rotation_Problem Current best template for a data-backed astrophysics topic with manifested dataset framing.
  • 0.21_Yang_Mills_Mass_Gap Strongest math-facing structured topic, but claim discipline remains especially important.
  • 0.25_Strategy_Power_Economics Package Tier A / Claim C economics package; the Book-aligned target now uses 15 waves and 20 lane-scoped gates, while corrected legacy proxies fail and the global complete-case panel is blocked.

Tier B — Core topics with real research but incomplete standardization

These topics remain inside the theory-core and are the main workload for the next migration waves:

  • 0.3 Main blocker: structured package exists, but the latest Hubble verification artifact fails its stated threshold.
  • 0.10 Main blocker: latest run passes, but previous run fell below the speedup threshold; keep below Tier A until repeated-run stability is demonstrated.
  • 0.2, 0.4, 0.11, 0.12, 0.15, 0.16, 0.19, 0.20, 0.24 Main blocker: verification specs, baselines, and artifact contracts are missing.
  • 0.5, 0.6, 0.7, 0.8, 0.13, 0.18, 0.22, 0.26 Main blocker: data provenance is still manual, placeholder-like, or insufficiently manifested.
  • 0.14, 0.23 Main blocker: local material exists, but the evidence package is still weaker than the narrative.
  • 0.17 Main blocker: claim language is too strong for the current method and verification package.

Tier C — Core topic still too broad or under-packaged

  • 0.0_Grand_Unification Broad synthesis topic with code and references, but no manifested data path and no standards root package.

Tier D — Future concepts / exploratory expansion layer

These topics are intentionally outside the current theory-core credibility target for this phase:

  • 0.30_Mega_Flora_Biotech
  • 0.27_Cold_Light_Hologram
  • 0.28_Material_Synthesis
  • 0.29_Ocean_Recovery
  • 0.31_SpaceTime_Propulsion
  • 0.32_Micro_Nuclear_Fusion
  • 0.33_Battery_Tech
  • 0.34_Information_Centric_Nanofabrication
  • 0.35_ICN_Digital_Automation
  • 0.36_Orbital_Manufacturing
  • 0.37_Quantum_Photovoltaics
  • 0.38_Bio_Synthetic_Integration
  • 0.39_Bio_Smart_City

Shared rule:

  • keep them explicitly exploratory
  • do not use them as theory-confirmation evidence in landing pages
  • do not target Type A for them in this phase

Recommended execution order

  1. Keep Tier A stable and use those three topics as migration templates.
  2. Convert Tier B core topics in batches by blocker type: claim cleanup, data-provenance cleanup, verification cleanup, math and physics boundary cleanup.
  3. Reframe Tier C as a broad synthesis topic that must earn structure before stronger claims.
  4. Keep all 0.27-0.39 topics in Tier D until a later phase explicitly promotes them into the research core.
