Epic: Photo/image upload for items

Goal: Wire up item photos. inventory_items.photo_url exists in the model and MinIO (S3-compatible) is already in infrastructure/, but there is no upload service or route.

Tasks

• Backend upload service (S3/MinIO) + presigned URL or proxied upload
• Upload endpoint, store resulting URL on the item
• Frontend upload UI in add/edit item forms
• Image size/type validation
• Tests
