Fresh Install - Dolibarr's Database User's table empty

Hi everyone! We are having a hard time while working with docker, using the provided .yml in this repo with docker-compose.
When we tried to log in into our fresh installed dolibarr it threw the "Bad value for login or password" error.
Then we figured out that our "users" table was empty, inspite of our efforts we couldn't fix it, We would appreciate if you could shed a bit of light on us to help us succeed on installing this dolibarr's image.
