Quickstart jumps out to Tlon hosting onboarding and is a jarring UX

Presently, while the "Quickstart" experience should continue to exist, it is very jarring to go from an urbit.org page that talks all about urbit, self-hosting, etc. and then sending the user right to a tlon.network page where the only mention of 'urbit' is the Urbit Foundation group name, with no other explanation of what is going on.

Options for improving this experience:

• add a ↗ next to Quick Start to show it links out. [Maybe make it Quick Start with Tlon Hosting?]
• add some sort of 'interstitial' that explains the user is going to a hosted urbit experience and what the flow will be like
• Potentially work w/ Tlon (paging @jamesacklin?) about how a lure link page can have some sort of landing page content pulled from the group?
