Description
Stages with class fade require that the user scroll before the site menu (depending on the template) is visible. This can be cumbersome. One way to overcome this would be to show the menu somehow, perhaps in a collapsed form, when the page is not scrolled, and then animate the menu into its full form as the user scrolls.
