Subject: [PATCH] a11y: plain words for runs, turns and sessions in thread nav

Jump to turn -> Jump to message, Peek run -> Peek at this task,
Loading run -> Loading helper agent, spawned session -> the task
started here, Stops the current turn -> Skips the waiting messages,
and the model-row tooltip says task and 'not sent back' instead of
run and runtime. Tests that matched the old strings follow.
