Automated test execution of ubconnect with standard installation path on Windows, Linus and MacOS

https://github.com/useblocks/ubconnect-pub/issues/7 shows we do not execute the tools like a user does.
This has to be fixed in the test execution, so we can be sure our tools work in a standard environment on all support platforms.
