Small update from running Galaxy with celery since 2 weeks. We have are running 3 workers, each of them has processed ~330.000 tasks, so that we just hit 1M tasks. So far everything seems to be very stable.
Only ~40 tasks out 1M failed.
The distribution of tasks looks like that (for one worker, but very similar across all 3).
