Physical achievement is high-signal but hard to reuse outside the room.

Slack Board Balance — 60s (🧾 trialId slack-board-1m, version 1)
- Tool 🧱 spec: rocker board (70-90cm length, 25-35cm width) with cylinder fulcrum (10-15cm diameter)
- Setup checks: show board dimensions; show fulcrum; confirm non-slip surface
- Camera: continuous view of full body + board + fulcrum for full Run
- Task: maintain balance with both feet on board for 60 continuous seconds
- Pass rule: no ground touch; no external support; no stepping off
- 🏆 Ladder rule: rank by duration (≥60s counts as ✅ PASS; longer durations rank higher if allowed)
- 🎥 Replay: required for ✅ PASS; stored off-chain; hash/pointer on-chain
Versioning example: v2 may tighten camera placement or add footwear constraints without rewriting v1 history.
PoPW uses a chain to provide:
- A neutral registry of 🧾 Trial IDs + versions
- ⛓️ Records that are publicly verifiable and non-repudiable (both parties signed)
- Portability across apps and communities (anyone can read the credential graph)
- Auditable history of Trials and Records
- A durable record not tied to one operator's database
PoPW v1 is permissioned to prioritize signal quality.
🛡️ Marshal authorization
- Phase 1 (Genesis): only Genesis Keys certify (multisig, with published signers recommended)
- Phase 2 (Expansion): new Marshal after 3 on-chain vouches
- Revocation: Genesis Keys may revoke (v1 safety valve)
