Since the Indigo test works for segbot, I'm trying something similar here, too.

I'll wait on Kinetic until I figure out what is going on with the segbot timeout.

There is not much point in running Travis in this repository. It would have to build tons of packages, just to run a roslaunch check on some of the bwi_launch scripts. Since those scripts will probably be deprecated at the end of the semester in favor of more modular launch packages in the segbot repository (#56, utexas-bwi/segbot#105), that does not seem worthwhile.
