I'd like to go over the use of notebooks both in python and in R. and highlight why I believe that R is better in doing data analysis and why I believe its important and extremely valuable to be familiar with both packages.

RStudio is much easier to install too so it'd be less friction as well.

I'd like to introduce the notion of tidy data and dplyr and ggplot. possibility in a 1-2hour workshop.
