Volunteer Browser

Allow educator to browse available volunteers. This will allow a user to search for volunteers, apply filters, and view a summary of the volunteers profile (#48).

Acceptance Criteria:

• Search bar that will allow educator to search by volunteer
• Allow educator to apply filters by activity type, areas of expertise, training, and location
• Chips will appear to indicate applied filters
• Chips can be deleted to remove filters
• User can clear all the applied filters at once
• Educators can click into volunteer overviews to view full profile
• Indication that the user is on the volunteer browsing tab
