Unable to upload fonts via Web UI on Xteink X3/X4

Hi! When using the CrossInk 1.6.1 web interface (with both the computer and the Xteink X3/X4 connected to the same Wi-Fi network), I'm unable to upload any fonts to the reader.
I've tried uploading them through both the Fonts page and the File Manager, but neither works.
The Wi-Fi signal is strong and the router is right next to the device. What could be causing this issue?
