A question about your ad detection

Hi,
I was looking for ad detection in my SO question, glad I found software. https://stats.stackexchange.com/questions/316742/dataset-for-tv-commercials

I need to pass a `.mp4` video as an argument and it tell me if it is ad or not (or tell me the duration where it has ad on). Can your code do that?
