Maneuvering Area Responsibility, various ADs

The YMMB SOP and YBAF SOP don't specify maneuvering area responsibility.

CASA list a number of these here: https://www.casa.gov.au/search-centre/aerodrome-manoeuvring-maps

This can cause confusion when multiple controllers are online. Providing a link to, replicating or paraphrasing the CASA references, such as YMMB and YBAF, like this for YSSY, will help clarify what positions like SMC and ADC cover.

Is there a preference for diagram style? i.e., to link external sources, use existing templates from other ADs for maneuvering area responsibility, or author our own based on vatSys?

Yeah we generally create our own using vatsys, to avoid any copyright infringements.
