Book File Permissions

I am seeing Bindery import book files with the owner as "65532" and group "65532".
The container doesn't seem to like it when I put " user: "1000:1000" in the docker-compose.yml, and it seems to ignore UID=1000
GID=1000

Any thoughts on how to get it to run the container as a certain user?

Nevermind, I found my problem. I had to put the "user: 1000:1000" in the right spot, just under "bindery:".
