Should this file contain these references? I assume a find/replace -> velas makes sense as well as updated any links in this file.
The main README for this repository says this script can be used and should be updated too.

Thanks, that's right. We don't replace some Solana mentions on purpose. (Like crate name, bpf runtime link, or license). And also sometimes merge changes from Solana. This sometimes introduce artifacts like this.
