Under the owner disposition of 2026-09-08, OAM's canonical role is examination-side: it governs examination and audit disposition and may constrain later institutional reliance on examined results, but does not authorize exact runtime execution. Constraining operational authority and constraining later institutional reliance are different acts on different authority planes - causal versus evidentiary. Attributing the first to OAM would let an examination workflow read as a runtime control, which is the authority inflation this contract's own admission boundary exists to prevent. Record the correction as a successor erratum rather than an edit. The predecessor is preregistered design evidence, its bytes are digest-pinned in docs/capabilities/CAPABILITY_MATRIX.json as ad4c656831b679a9396b15a8a9ae32448cf63707711916e4f3a8fa5ed34e8cd2, and VERSIONING.md requires admitted artifacts to be superseded rather than mutated in place. Predecessor blob and digest are recorded in the erratum. The correction is scoped to the OAM attribution only.
