RAED Core v0.1 intentionally uses the Go standard library only.
This reduces supply-chain surface and makes the reference implementation easy to audit and reproduce.
The repository's GitHub workflows may use standard GitHub-maintained or widely used actions. Their versions should be pinned or deliberately updated through review.
