Provide the Streamdown documentation site as a reusable Next.js template

I would like to propose exposing the current Streamdown documentation website as a Next.js template.

The existing docs site has a very strong UI/UX and already demonstrates a high-quality documentation experience. Making it available as a reusable template could significantly increase adoption and flexibility for users.

Additional Opportunity: MDX Compatibility

To further increase the value of this template, I suggest adding:

1. MDX components compatible with Mintlify
   • Implement a set of MDX components that mirror (or are compatible with) Mintlify’s component.

This would allow:

• Users to migrate from Mintlify Docs to a Vercel-hosted Next.js setup with minimal friction
• Teams to self-host Mintlify-style documentation without relying on Mintlify’s hosted platform

I noticed that the Streamdown docs template is also being used for https://elements.ai-sdk.dev

The README mentions vercel/geistdocs as a template, but I cannot find it in the Vercel organization or as a public repository.
