Return connected blockchain address

When a third party app is connecting to a users Verida Vault, allow the application to request the user's blockchain wallet address (and network).

If requested by the third party application, notify the user in the consent message that the application has requested their blockchain address.

Examples:

1. In AgentKyra, we can use the connected blockchain address to automatically determine if the connected wallet has the appropriate criteria met to gain access.
2. Another developer has asked for it as well to help facilitate their own authentication / gating
