Groups, Instant Messaging, Encryption

I think we should start Instant messaging support by making public unencrypted groups with users inside.
Then we can start to think about how to differenciate 1:1 DMs and hint users to rather use them instead of making a private post with pinging the person, thats the issue Misskey has.
After that I need to prototype the encryption on basis of Signal.

Groups are the main thing this project needs to add, after that it's https://github.com/lysand-org/lysand-fe territory!

The way it'll differentiate between direct messages and actual IM is by having a separate Messages tab with a full chat client (UI similar to Discord or Element). That's entirely doable with our current codebase.
