Need reliable means to documented expected HTTP status codes.

In particular, in cases where DTOs are used for marshalling/unmarshalling, there is no unambiguous way for wsdoc to determine and document the HTTP status codes that should be expected from an endpoint.  Might be good to define an explicit annotation for this.
