Cannot compile P2Pool

Tried to make EXE using setup-py2exe.py and failed
Installed Python 2.7
C++ compiler for Python 2.7
pip 'ed all what is needed except verthash.

Found stdint.h from many sites but it wont install anyway.

Please provide step by step instructions HOW TO.
