Comparable (testable) callback handlers

Pseudo html should print those addresses instead of inner callback ids, so tests should be able to compare it.

Maybe give the developer ability to select if he wants ids or addresses in pseudo html.

callback_gen.get('onclick main') ---> and it would return the callback.
The second time, when the function is called again, callback_gen.get('onclick main') would return the same callback.
