Terms of Service for EchoAI Bot

By adding or using the EchoAI bot ("the Bot") in your Discord server or in direct messages, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Description of Service

EchoAI is a Discord bot designed to provide conversational AI chat and AI-powered image generation. To perform its functions, the Bot utilizes third-party APIs, specifically from Hugging Face, to process prompts and generate content.

2. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Bot to:

- Generate or promote content that is illegal, harmful, hateful, harassing, or otherwise objectionable.
- Attempt to bypass the safety filters of the underlying AI models.
- Spam, flood, or send an excessive number of requests that could disrupt the Bot's operation for others.
- Violate the Discord Terms of Service or Community Guidelines.
- The user is solely responsible for the prompts they provide and the content generated from those prompts.

3. Third-Party Services

The Bot's core functionality relies on the Hugging Face Inference API. When you send a message or a command to the Bot, your prompt is sent to Hugging Face for processing. Your interaction with the Bot is therefore also subject to the policies of Hugging Face. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or policies of third-party services.

4. Intellectual Property

You retain the rights to the content you create with the Bot. By using the Bot, you grant it a temporary license to use, display, and transmit the content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you (e.g., posting the generated image in the channel).

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Bot is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Bot will always be online, error-free, or secure. The content generated by the AI is for entertainment purposes and should not be considered factual or professional advice.

6. Limitation of Liability

The developer of EchoAI (vihaanvp) will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Bot.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to block any user, or stop the Bot's operation on any server, at our discretion, without prior notice, if these terms are violated.

8. Changes to Terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the Bot after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
