ISSUE
In the posttest and pretest sections, when we do not select all difficulty levels but only 1 or 2 levels, then the question numbers are unordered and jumbled as shown below:


This is mainly happening because initially all difficulty levels are selected but when we are deselecting certain levels according to our priority, it just deletes those questions and does not refresh to change the question numbers accordingly.

Because of this non-refreshing issue, the answers that we submitted earlier remain checked, the red sentences indicating a wrong answer remain as it is and the score below the submit button too based on our previous submissions does not reset when we change the difficulty level. It only resets if we refresh the page. This is not a potential error but if this could be solved, then the user experience can be enhanced notably.
