Checkboxes in the bug report are allowing several selections.
There is a similar bug #15 but the way of reproducing does not apply to this current bug, hence filing a separate issue.

The same issue has been filed in bugs-virtual-labs repo virtual-labs/bugs-virtual-labs#4383

For the time being, a confirm way to reproduce the bug has not been found, hence keeping it on hold.
