Bug Report feature is not working in Mobile

There appears to be an issue with the bug report feature on mobile devices, as clicking on the icon fails to trigger any action. To report a bug, users are currently unable to utilize this feature. This problem requires urgent attention and resolution to ensure a seamless user experience.

@vjspranav The bug report was tested on a mobile device and it was found that the user is able to submit the bug even if the description field is empty.
The description field is mandatory field.
