Hi. Unable to download the plug-in. showing errors

Hi, Unable to download the plugin through the package manager. Is there any other way to download the plugin (in individual files, so i can copy and paste it in my gh plug-in libraries)?.

Hi, installing the plugin in any other way is not supported. Why can't use use the package manager? Is it a lab computer where Rhino is not allowed to access the internet?
