[Feature]: new cucumber html reports to show retry information

The Problem

The original Playwright html reports have retry tabs when a test fails. The new cucumber html reports don't show that info.

Proposed Solution

Add some sort of tab to show the test was retried.

Thanks for the request. This definitely makes sense.

The Cucumber HTML reporter is built on top of @cucumber/react-components, and retry information is not supported there yet. There’s a feature request for it: cucumber/react-components#75.

Let’s vote for and track the upstream issue.
