Proposal: Save last run info in elasticsearch

When ethdrain runs it could call to ES to find out the metadata regarding failed blocks and blocks that are already stored in the index, then build a list from there. If there is no index available, it can then assume it is a first run and proceed from there.

Kibana creates a .kibana index, I think ethdrain could do a similar thing.

I made a new commit almost doing that (for continuous sync). Just not with failed blocks. Tell me what you think 😎

It's a good start! I'm thinking ethdrain creates a new index in ES with the fields for doing continuous sync and such.

Why create a new index? Only reason would be to keep track of errors maybe?
